Active Member:
A member who volunteers a minimum of 12 hours a month as a First Responder or EMT. This member is required to maintain the training needed to maintain either the First Responder or EMT Certification. Active members must attend the minimum of 2 general membership meetings a year to be eligible to vote.
Probationary:
A First Responder or EMT volunteer who has not completed the minimum required volunteer time of 144 hours and/or not had their name brought before the membership committee. Active members must attend the minimum of 2 general membership meetings per year.
Active Associate:
A member who serves the squad in a non-first aiding capacity devoting time in the operation of the squad, building, and equipment. Active members must attend the minimum of 2 general membership meetings a year to be eligible to vote. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Fundraising
- General House Keeping
- Grant Sourcing and Writing
- Crew Coordinator
- Historians
- IT/Computer Support
- Photographer
- Food Preparation
Life Member:
Life membership is an honor bestowed upon members that have served at least 10 years of active service as ether a first aider or associate member. It is also given to members that have been injured in the line of duty.
Per Diem Member:
Per Diem Members serve as part time paid members of the Willingboro Emergency Services Department. They have the opportunity to fill shifts that the Volunteers are not able to fill.
